Making the User Call Report
- Log into https://admin.netfortris.com
- In the left navigation bar expand the Reporting/Audit section
- Click on User/Agent Reports
- On the right side adjust the From and To fields to the time frame you want to see. It is best to use the options in the drop down and not set a specific date so you can use this report as a scheduled report or saved report.
- Set the time zone to your local time zone.
- Under the Call Events sections you can remove the columns you do not want.
- In the User Names section you will need to add all the users you want to see on the report. You can start typing a user’s name and it will start searching for that person and click on the name to add it to the list.
- In the Report Name section give the report a name.
- If you want to use this report in the future, click on the Save Report button.
- Then click on the Submit button for it to load the report. (Depending on the number of users and time frame the reports can take a few minutes to load)
Scheduling the report
- Make sure the date range you used was net set to specific dates or the reports will continue to give you the same data every day.
- Click on the Scheduled Report button at the top of the screen which will open a pop-up window.
- Fill out all the information in the pop-up window and click Schedule
Using a Saved Report
- Log into https://admin.netfortris.com
- In the left navigation bar expand the Reporting/Audit section
- Click on User/Agent Reports
- Select Saved Reports
- Find the name of the report you saved.
- Click anywhere on the report to load the full report.
