How to set what devices ring when receiving calls

You can select which devices ring when a call is received via the MyHud application.

1. Open the MyHud Desktop appication
2. On the left sidebar click on your initials then click on Settings
   
3. On the left navigation of the settings page click on Call Routing.
   
4. There should be up to four items listed.
   • Softphone – This is the MyHud desktop application.
   • MyHud Mobile – This can be unchecked as we do not use the mobile app
   • Office HP-XXXX – This is your desk phone
   • – GS-XXXX – This is Microsoft Teams
5. After checking or unchecking the options you want scroll down and click on the Apply Call Routing Button
   

Note: If you disable the MyHud desktop app from ringing you will still see the call coming through, but it will not make a ringing noise. To disable the call pop-up window, you can follow the KB article here.
