Logging in and out of Call Queues

Using the MyHud application to set your status

1. Open the MyHud desktop application.
2. Click on the headphone icon on the bottom left corner.
3. The list of queues you are in will be listed.
4. Use the dropdown to the right of the queue name to select your status.

Using your phone to set your status

You can dial any of the options below to set your status directly from your phone.

*1	Log into all queues
*5	Check status of log in
*3	Log out all queues
